I offer practical, personalised coaching from my central Bath studio to help you act truthfully and confidently on camera. Drawing on 25 years of professional screen experience, I work with actors of all levels — whether you’re preparing for auditions, developing technique, or simply want to feel more at ease on set.
The Session

Tailored Coaching: Each session is shaped around what you need — whether that’s confidence, relaxation, naturalism, camera technique, or a broader sense of where to improve.

Recorded for Review: Every session is filmed on a professional camera setup, and the footage is sent to you afterwards.

Supportive but Real: I create the same focused energy you’d feel on a working set, balanced with a space safe enough to take risks and grow.

About me
I trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain before beginning a career that has spanned more than 25 years in television and film. My work includes regular roles in British serial drama as well as American TV and feature films. Alongside acting, I write and direct, and I’m motivated by helping actors develop truthful, confident performances on camera. Most recently, I played Gerald Hammond in All Creatures Great and Small.
